The government allows us not to charge VAT on mobility aids provided that they are being provided for a person who has a disability, or who suffers from a range of illnesses that they have agreed warrant tax relief. When you place your order you will be asked to declare the illness or disability that is suffered by the person who is the recipient of the goods, this does not have to be you

Terms

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible but you should allow 7-14 days for delivery. If no one is in when the goods are delivered it is your responsibility to arrange for an alternative delivery with the couriers.
